Inquiries
This section is where you view any inquiries that have been sent to you. You can choose to have two different ways customers can shop in your store. First, is an INQUIRY CART store, meaning that customers can add products to an "Inquiry Cart" and send you an inquiry about products they are interested in. Second, you can choose a "Shopping Cart" Store which is a standard e-commerce store allowing customers to actually purchase products in your store. These two settings can be changed by clicking on ECOMMERCE PRESENTATION in the left hand navigation bar. To view help on choosing which setting you want, please click here
